It is presented the case of a 61 years old female patient admitted with the diagnosis of recurrents
retroperitoneal tumors who was operated in 2006 with diagnosis of retroperitoneal tumors, next benefiting
another two operations in 2007 and 2008 for the same pathology. Preoperative echography presented
3 tumors: 2 located anterior of right kidney with diameters 14/13/8 cm and 5/5 cm, the last located
inferior of right kidney with diameter 11/10 cm; the tumors being well bounded and with low vascular
sign. CT examination confirmed the preoperative echography. Intraoperative exam confirme the preoperative evaluation. The operation consisted in retroperitoneal tumors resection. Postoperative evolution was simple.
Rezumat:
Este prezentat cazul unei bolnave în vârstã de 61 ani, internatã cu diagnosticul de tumori retroperitoneale
recidivate, pacientã operatã initial în 2006 cu diagnosticul de tumori retroperitoneale, ulterior
beneficiind de încã douã interventii chirurgicale în 2007 si 2008 pentru recidiva tumorilor retroperitoneale.
Examenul ecografic preoperator prezintã anterior de rinichiul drept douã formatiuni tumorale
adiacente cu diametre 14/13/8 cm, respectiv 5/5 cm; caudal rinichiului drept formatiune solidã relativ
omogenã hiperecogenã cu diametru 11/10 cm; formatiunile fiind bine delimitate si cu slab semnal
vascular. Examenul CT este identic cu cel ecografic. Examenul intraoperator confirmã evaluarea preoperatorie, operatia constând în excizia tumorilor retroperitoneale. Evolutie postoperatorie favorabilã.
